Getting an Electrical Inspection

In order for us to provide service to your home or business you must first get an electrical inspection. Your Regional Electrical Inspector performs this inspection. The inspector can be reached at the Department of Public Works and Services.

You may also hire an electrical contractor to obtain authorization from the electrical inspector on your behalf.

Once we've received connection authorization we can schedule you for a service connection. To ensure timely connection of a new service, make sure to fill out and submit a Request for Service Application in advance of the inspection.
