Electrician
Fort Simpson, NT
Responsibilities include the installation, repair and maintenance of electrical generation and control equipment, along with auxiliary equipment such as electric motors, transformers, relays and other NTPC electrical systems in diesel and/or hydro generating stations in accordance with Canadian Electrical Code and NTPC policies and standards. Qualifications will include Journey person level Industrial Electrician certification, preferably with an interprovincial seal. Several years JM experience in a related setting, ability to read blue prints, interpret drawings and diagrams. Must hold a valid Class 5 driver's license. Some travel to other communities is required. Salary starts at $36.26 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package.
