Qualifications: Journeyman Power Lineperson certification with an Interprovincial Red Seal; a Journeyman Power Electrician certification is preferred. Several years of related experience in power distribution and transmission maintenance, line construction and customer service. A valid Class 1 driver's license with airbrake endorsement and a standard first aid certificate would be an asset. Travel to remote settlements in small aircraft is required.
Salary range is $36.26 to $44.08 per hour ($75,420 to $91,686 per annum) plus accommodation and location allowances and a $5,000 per annum Market Adjustment Allowance.
