Electricity supply
has been restored in Fort McPherson and the system is stable.
As
of Wednesday morning, the Corporation is meeting the electricity
demand of the community and this is being helped by customers who
continue to conserve power.
Another
800kw generator is being transported to Fort McPherson and it
is expected to be installed over the weekend. This new generator
will further improve the stability of the system for the medium term.
Cause
of the fire has not yet been established.
