Manager, Mechanical Section

You will be responsible and accountable for supervision of technical staff, project management, implementation of alternative energy sources, and for the ongoing operation and administration of the Mechanical Section. The Mechanical Section provides mechanical engineering services on capital projects and maintenance work undertaken by the Corporation and is also actively engaged in the research, implementation and operation of alternative energy sources such as residual heat, wind energy, etc.

Qualifications: Mechanical Engineering Degree and must be eligible for membership in NAPEGG with many years of mechanical design, project engineering/management and construction/trades experience at a senior level preferably in a power utility environment. Please quote Competition No.: 31-HR-07.

Salary range for the position is $49.43 to $60.08 per hour plus accommodation and location allowances of $7,000 per annum.
