director, Human Resources
Prior to joining NTPC in 2025 as Director, Human Resources, Arnold led the human resources function of an Alberta public school board. Arnold’s leadership experience spans across multiple sectors – both public and private, including Alberta’s oil sector, and a national retailer. He has also taught human resources at the university level and provided consulting services to First Nation and Métis governments. Arnold holds a Bachelor of Commerce from York University and a Master of Human Resources Management from the University of Regina.
