Erin grew up in the North, living in both Cambridge Bay and Yellowknife through high school graduation.  Upon graduation from University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Arts (Geography), she returned to Yellowknife to start working in various customer service positions.  Erin joined NTPC as a summer student during her university years and permanently joined the Corporation in 2002, as a part-time Customer Service Representative in Yellowknife. She ultimately progressed to Director, Customer Service in March 2022. 

Erin is focused on providing excellent customer experiences by developing NTPC’s customer service approaches to meet evolving customer’s needs.  She recognizes that today’s NTPC, needs to be dynamic and robust to meet these rapidly evolving needs.  She strives to provide a balanced approach between technological innovations and the northern traditions and culture.
