The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (“NTPC”) is requesting Proposals from qualified bidders (“Proponents”) to complete the plant-side integration of a second distribution feeder at the Colville Lake Generating Station, including all civil, electrical, and interface works from the line termination point into the existing plant systems, ensuring safe integration with the hybrid diesel–BESS–solar microgrid, compliance with applicable standards, and reliable long-term operation within the constraints of the modular facility.
