The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (“NTPC”) is requesting Proposals from qualified bidders (“Proponents”) to provide aircraft Services for shift changes on a weekly basis. This will not only be personnel but groceries and freight to and from the Hydro site. There will also be ad hoc requirements for charter flights as project or maintenance
