The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (NTPC) is seeking a qualified Consultant to perform a comprehensive condition assessment of the Hay River Distribution System. The purpose of this assessment is to evaluate the current physical, electrical, operational, and grounding conditions of the facility, identify deficiencies, and provide recommendations to support future reliability, safety, and modernization initiatives.
