This includes the removal of any existing canopies and all other civil, structural, and mechanical work required for installation.

The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (“NTPC”) is requesting Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide 3 sawmen and 3 laborers for manual brushing and vegetation removal for the industrial area of Norman Wells. All vegetation shall be removed by either dump truck, or dump trailer to a predetermined location of site (i.e.) the town nuisance grounds or burn area. Equipment may be used to load brush for transport off site.

The Northwest Territories Power Corporation requires the removal of existing and installation of new diesel gensets at both Gameti and Whati Power Plants (one unit per community). The Whati and Gameti Power Plants are a non-integrated communities that have three diesel Gensets per location where any combination of the three units may run depending on the community load.

L-150 is a 115 kV transmission line forming the South Slave Grid. It is comprised of approximately 800 guyed-Y aluminum transmission towers spanning 285 km and is strung with single 3/0 ACSR Pigeon conductor. It was constructed in the 1960s and is currently experiencing widespread issues with its anchors.
