The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (“NTPC”) is requesting Proposals from
qualified “Proponents” the RFP entitled “Mechanical and Electrical Works for Taltson
Hydro Support Infrastructure - Taltson Hydroelectric Facility.” The scope of works
