The Northwest Territories Power Corporation requires the removal of existing and installation of new diesel gensets at both Gameti and Whati Power Plants (one unit per community). The Whati and Gameti Power Plants are a non-integrated communities that have three diesel Gensets per location where any combination of the three units may run depending on the community load.
The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (“NTPC”) is requesting Proposals from qualified Proponent to supply material and labour to upgrade the HVAC system and its associated components at the Ulukhaktok power plant. The work includes the removal of existing components then the installation and commissioning of the HVAC system upgrades.
The Northwest Territories Power Corporation (“NTPC”) is requesting Proposals from qualified Proponent to complete an anchor degradation study for L150 transmission line.
L-150 is a 115 kV transmission line forming the South Slave Grid. It is comprised of approximately 800 guyed-Y aluminum transmission towers spanning 285 km and is strung with single 3/0 ACSR Pigeon conductor. It was constructed in the 1960s and is currently experiencing widespread issues with its anchors.
